COLLEGE OF LAW ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
I. Secure Clearance (Admission Slip) at the Dean’s Office.
II. A. Proceed to the XU Finance Office for the downpayment.
B. Pay Php50.00 at the XU Finance Office (Acc. 5103-4610) for C1 (Certificate of Eligibility) - FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN ONLY
III. A. Pay the Association of Law Students fee at the ALS office.
B. Log C1 Receipt (Php50.00) at the ALS office - FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN ONLY
IV. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for term activation.
V. Claim your SLMIS student account at CISO Office (CH 118) - FOR NEW XU STUDENTS ONLY
VI. Fill out the C.O.L. (College of Law) Load Form and submit it at the Dean’s Office for evaluation and approval. [Please attach ALS receipt and C1 receipt (freshmen)]
VII. Online Self Enrollment of Subjects (Approved Load Form)
PLEASE BE REMINDED OF THE WAIVER: I understand that I WILL ONLY ENROL THE PRESCRIBED AND APPROVED COURSES AND SECTION during self-service enrolment. Any other course requirement will require approval from the College Dean. Any deviation on my part gives the College Evaluator or the Dean the right to remove/drop courses that are not in this approved study load form.
VIII. Proceed to XU Bookcenter for ID processing.
IX. Check and verify your SLMIS account to see if you’re officially enrolled.

Xavier University Center for Integrated Technologies, in collaboration with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), is now offering scholarship for the following NC II courses, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Electrical Installation and Maintenance and Electronics Product Assembly and Servicing.
Qualifications
- Atleast Grade 6 completers, High School Graduate, College Graduate and undergrad are welcome to apply
- 18 years old and above
- Resident of Cagayan de Oro City
- Must be very eager to learn and determine
