SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFYING EXAM REGISTRATION AY 2024-2025
For Incoming Grade 3 pupils only
Registration Period: 11-25 March 2024
Testing Date: 6 April 2024, 8:00 AM
Requirements:
1. REPORT CARD WITH LRN (Learner’s Reference Number)
● For XUGS students, no need to submit. The Registrar has endorsed your report cards to the Scholarships Office.
● General Average of 87% and above, No Grade lower than 84% (2nd quarter of the current school year)
● Conduct and Effort Grade at least Good or Satisfactory
2. FORMAL ID PICTURE (i.e 1X1, 2X2, Passport-size)

How to Apply:
FOR Existing XUGS Pupils
1. Register for the exam online via google forms through:
tinyurl.com/ForXUGSStudentsScholarship2425
2. Check your email within 1-2 days for the Verified Email.
3. Follow instructions in the Verified Email to pay the 250.00 pesos exam fee.
4. Check email within 2-3 days for the exam permit containing the exam details.
FOR NON-XUGS Pupils
1. Register for the exam online through: tinyurl.com/XUGSApply
a. Fill in all information in the Profile and Entrance Test Tabs
2. Check your email within 1-2 days for the Verified Email.
3. Follow instructions in the Verified Email to pay the 250.00 pesos exam fee ONLINE (GCASH OR PAYMAYA).
4. Check email within 2-3 days for the exam permit containing the exam details

Considering the limitations in conducting the usual procedure for ID capture and in printing your IDs, we have formulated the following mechanisms so that an acceptable minimum standard for your photo is observed and in return, the quality of your ID is ensured.
