The morning of Day 2 of the Philippine Youth Leadership Program (PYLP) Follow-on Summit started with a tandem session by lawyer Ernesto "Ton-ton" B Neri and JP Santos on "Making Community Projects Sustainable."

Neri facilitated a role-playing workshop on advocacy and good governance, while Santos introduced a formula for good governance. It was immediately followed with a talk by Xavier Ateneo faculty Engr Dexter S Lo titled “Even When There is No Storm,” making community projects sustainable to impact humanity and the environment.

The afternoon session was facilitated by Rhodalyne Q Gallo-Crail on Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) and appreciative inquiry of projects called "My Project, Your Project" through an art workshop. The groups were asked to create a tree with its parts being represented of the different areas of project development.

The final session was an introduction to the ACCESS-PYLP Alumni Association by Jana Jean G Dacobar, president of ACCESS-PYLP. Batch 16 members were oriented to the opportunities, resources, and benefits of being members of the association as it empowers young leaders in developing their community projects.

Day 2 ended with a Socials Trivia Night held at the Babu Kwan where dinner was also served. The night was graced by the presence of Myron Gil Talosig, chief of Education Support Services Division of the Department of Education Region 10 with an encouragement to the young leaders to build projects, especially in the far-flung areas of our country.∎
