In light of the rising COVID-19 cases and PUIs in Cagayan de Oro City, Xavier Ateneo Health Services Office implements the COVID-19 precautionary measures and appended guidelines on XU campus medical and dental consultation for employees. These measures are set in place to promote social-distancing, limit physical interaction, and avoid the risk of COVID-19 transmission. 

In the Department of Health COVID-19 briefer (No. 87), as of three o'clock in the afternoon of May 4, there are already a total of 493 suspected cases and 14 confirmed cases in Northern Mindanao.
