School of Business and Management Student Council (SBMSC)

As we continuously reinvent the way we learn in a pandemic, there is a rising need to be able to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. In recognition of this need, the School of Business and Management Student Council (SBMSC), in partnership with the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA), launched a two-day webinar series offering a rich set of topics for SBM students.

Ranging from practical application of accounting principles to proper budgeting techniques during a pandemic, the webinars highlight practical guidance, rich insight, and learning experiences from experts and practitioners to boost the students’ confidence and inspire them to reach for excellence. It is their hope that through this series, students may learn more about their courses and the roles they will soon play in the real world as professionals.
