Pag-ila 2022 held its second live forum last April 13, 2022, at the Little Theater of Xavier University — Ateneo de Cagayan and presented the candidates running for district 1 and 2 representatives in the city of Cagayan de Oro for the impending 2022 elections. The event was split into two sections: 1:00 PM - 2:40 PM for the three candidates of District 1, and 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM for the two candidates of District 2.

Xavier University Vice President for Social Development Mr Roel Ravanera welcomed all the participants and was followed by the opening remarks of Atty Rowell Valledor, the City Commission on Election (COMELEC) Officer. The second of the series of Pag-ila 2022's live forum was graced by the presence of two out of three candidates for District 1- Lordan Suan (Padayon Pilipino)  and Tito Mora (Bagumbayan  Volunteers for a New Philippines) and a complete attendance for the aspirants of District 2, Irene Floro (People’s Reform Party) and Rufus Rodriguez (Centrist Democratic Party of the Philippines).

Each candidate had 2 minutes before the start of the discussion to introduce themselves to the audience and express their plans and platforms for the city. The conversation was supervised by James Ryan Cachola, the forum's moderator. District 1 local candidates were allowed two minutes to answer the three questions prepared by the Research Team. The representatives from District 2 were given a new set of 5 questions and given two minutes to answer each question and one minute for the rebuttal. Finally, all the candidates were allotted 5 minutes to give their closing speech. Before the event finished, the candidates for Districts 1 and 2 as well as the audience pledged to hold clean and fair elections.

The organizers acknowledged everyone who came, including the candidates, partners, and attendees, for making the second Pag-ila 2022 forum a huge success. The organizers also recognized Jude Michael Rey D. Gamolo, the forum's host, Ed Alison Pairat, the reactor, and Ivan Lagunero for being a part of the event.

The next forum for the candidates of the City’s Mayoral and Vice Mayoral seats is set this Wednesday, April 20 at 1:00 PM at the same venue. Pag-ila 2022 aims to provide opportunities for the constituents to know more about the future leaders of the city.
