The grduates are guided by

our equally (5Cs) competent, committed, conscientious, Christ-centered, and culturally integrated faculty and formators to accomplish your Written Works, Quarterly Assessments, Performance Task, and active participation in the formation activities with more love, more heart on it not only for yourselves, family and friends, but for God.

Our ardent hope is that our graduates will continue to persevere to be academically competent, well-rounded, self-disciplined, loving, and religious as Christian. In addition, Xavier Ateneo wishes they are culturally integrated, committed to doing justice, and open to growth to become men and women of competence, conscience, and commitment as we wish them well on their next journey.
