Ateneo de Manila University’s Ateneo Center for Organization and Development (CORD) extends itself to people and organizations in improving their effectiveness by generating knowledge, disseminating best practices, building competencies, and developing Human Resource and Organization Development solutions. Through the Psychology Department, Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan aims to be a proactive player in promoting mental health in the community and seeks to bring mental health services into public and private institutions to increase access to such services. 

Pave the way to a collaboration between two institutions that share the vision of promoting Filipinos’ mental health and well-being in the workplace, particularly in Northern Mindanao. This partnership will leverage the expertise and resources of both universities to create high-quality and impactful training programs that promote good mental health in the workplace and address the growing demand for effective leadership.

The partnership aligns with Xavier University’s mission as a Filipino, Catholic, and Jesuit University, forming leaders of character for the needs of Mindanao, the Philippines, and the Asia-Pacific.
