The Research and Social Outreach and Campus Ministries Office in coordination with the Social Action Center, Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro City celebrates the Mindanao Week of Peace with the theme, “COMMON WORD  between us and you: Love of  God, Love  of  Neighbor” this November 23-30, 2011. 

This year’s celebration focuses on the common destiny of all Mindanaoans that can only be achieved through “Love of God, Love of Neighbor”. It is hoped that this celebration will renew the faith of Muslims, Christians, and Lumads by living a life of deeper reflection to the real driving force of Peace--which is Love. 

This celebration commemorates the events that promote and challenge Peace in Mindanao and in the same way serves as a reminder that awareness and understanding of the Mindanao’s situation promotes National Development and cultivates Peace. 

The following are the line-up of activities for the 2011 Mindanao Week of Peace:
