On its 6th year with the theme “Technopreneurship: Ideas of Technology, Future of Business“, QITC aims to bring information on the role of IT in setting the trend of technopreneurship in the Philippine IT industry and in the rest of the world. It is a 3-day-2-night convention full of valuable information on the modern IT issues and trends revolving around technopreneuship. There will be seven speakers.

Mr. Gian Scottie Javelona, a Computer Engineering Management student at Polytechnic University of the Philippines and CEO of Orange Apps, will be sharing his experience on his “Student Developer Success Story.” Mr. John Naranjo, the CEO and founder of Ingenuity (software company and business outsourcing company based in Davao City), will be discussing about “Tech Trends and What They Mean For You.” Mr. Micael Andre de Rivera, a Developer/User Experience Engineer at Sulit.com.ph, will have his talk he entitled “A Sulit Experience: How the most amazing Filipino Bedroom Project Almost Got Me A Girlfriend.” Mr. Ronald Ramos, IT Specialist at SMART Telecommunications Inc., will be sharing knowledge on the "Internet of things and how it affects our future ideas and projects in IT." Ms. Michie Ang, Lead Marketer at Tecsoft Apps, will guide the aspiring technopreneurs and developers on "How To Startup: Start Something Tech-Related And Turn It Into A Business." Mr. Earl Martin Valencia, President at IdeaSpace Foundation, will be giving his own tips on "How To Think About Your Journey To Becoming CEO: Steps On Personal Development." Lastly, Mr. Paul Pajo, Developer Evangelist at Smart Communications, Inc., will be sharing his knowledge on “Localizing Bleeding Edge Technology Apps: A Recipe for Disruption.”
