Eric Justini Damasing, a graduate of Xavier University, was among the top 10 finishers in the real estate broker licensure examinations given this March. He scored 83.25 percent, landing him in 8th place.

Of the 2,969 who took the test, only 1,928 passed according to the Professional Regulation Commission.

Damasing finished Electrical Technology at XU in 1986, BS Commerce major in Marketing in 1991 and Master in Business Administration in 2002.
