Xavier University’s College of Nursing was cited by the House committee on higher and technical education of the House of Representatives as one of the top 21 nursing schools in the country.

The rankings are based on the performance of graduates in the last two nurse licensure exams given by the Professional Regulation Commission.

XU’s College of Nursing has consistently performed well in the national licensure examination for nurses since the program re-opened in 2002.

In the December 2012 national licensure test, seven of XU’s graduates landed in the top ten and the university was the second top performing nursing school in the country.
