Xavier University Economics Department and De La Salle University will hold the 13th YEC Mindanao Regional Convention on Nov 15 at the Little Theater from 9 am to 5 pm.

The convention, which carries the theme “Realization of Mindanao’s Economic Capacity through Inclusive Growth and Development,” is part of the 13th Young Economists’ Convention Series, a year-long sequence of conferences, seminars, and activities that are pertinent to the continuous development of the youth while highlighting the role of economists in nation-building.

The Young Economists’ Convention is a product of the collective efforts of the De La Salle University Angelo King Institute for Economic and Business Studies (DLSU-AKIEBS) and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, in cooperation with the Junior Philippine Economics Society (JPES) and the De La Salle University-Manila Economics Organization (DLSU-EconOrg).
