Xavier University is a prime member of the recently formed Consortium of Engineering Libraries in the Philippines (CELPh).

Through CELPh, participating libraries are able to share resources online and have access to shared collections at a lower cost. The consortium also aims to upgrade the professional and personal competencies of its members and to share information on professional issues and best practices.

Besides Xavier, the other members of the consortium are Ateneo de Manial University, Central Luzon State University, De La Salle University-Manila, Mapua Institute of Technology, Technological Institute of the Philippines, TIP-Manila & QC, USC, UP-Diliman, UPLB & Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology.
