Schedule of Entrance Examination for Macasandig and Pueblo Campuses January – May 2014

MWF: Nursery
TTH: Pre - Kindergarten & kindergarten
Time: 8:00 – 10:00 A.M. / 1:00 – 3:00 P.M

Testing venue: XUGS guidance office, Daigler wing bldg, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City

Bring the following:
1. Authenticated Birth Certificate (NSO)
2. Official Receipt of Payment of P200 from XU Main Finance office

*Note: No birth certificate and no OR of payment, no exam.

Age requirements:
Nursery (3.5 years old by June 2014)
Pre-Kindergarten (4 years old by June 2014)
Kindergarten (4.7 years old by June 2014)

*First come, first served basis.

Admission requirements:
1. Must pass the entrance exam
2. Photocopy of the following:
a. Authenticated birth certificate from NSO.
b. Baptismal certificate for Catholics
c. Certificate of dedication for non – Catholics

3. For kindergarten
a. Must have a nursery/pre-Kindergarten background
b. Report card

Other Requirements for Foreigners:
1. Special Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration   
2. Photocopies of visa & passport (parents and student)
3. Notarial certificate/narrative report/red ribbon

1. (2) pencils with erasers
2. Official Receipt of Payment of P200 from XU Main Finance office
3. Snacks

Scholarship entrance examination for incoming grade 3 level – February 22, 2014

* First come, first served basis.

Note: Please visit or call for scheduling of entrance exam.

Admission Requirements:
1. Must pass the entrance exam
2. Report card
3. Photocopy of the following:
a. Authenticated birth certificate (NSO)
b. Baptismal certificate for Catholics.
c. Certificate of dedication for Non – Catholics
4. Good moral certificate
5. Dental certificate for grade 1 only

Other Requirements for Foreigners:
