The Xavier Center for Culture and the Arts (XCCA), Office of International Cooperation and Networking (OICN) and The Japan Foundation Manila will hold a Mini Eiga-Sai – Japanese Film Festival on Sept 5 and 6 at the Xavier University Little Theater. This project aims to promote cultural understanding, awareness and diplomacy through film.

Admission to all the film screenings is free. There will also be a gala program and screening of "About Her Brother (Otouto)" on Sept 5, 6 pm at the Little Theater.
