The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), Research Institute for Mindanao Cultures (RIMCU), Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan and Xavier Center for Culture and the Arts present SULAT DULA 3- a Playwriting Workshop in Mindanao on September 18-21 at the XU Board Room.  

SULAT DULA is one of XCCA’s flagship projects on Cultural Education and Artistic Excellence: Literary Arts. It is also the Center’s contribution to a sustained playwright development program in Mindanao.
