Over 200 National Service Training Program (NSTP) students and volunteers gather at Xavier University’s property in Brgy Licoan, Sumilao, Bukidnon, and to plant 550 endemic seedlings, supporting the University’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship. Each seedling represents a step toward a greener, healthier tomorrow. Their energy and teamwork turn the day into more than planting; it becomes a shared journey of hope and renewal.

Through this effort, the XU Lands Office, together with the Campus of the Future (CoF) office and members of the Atiman Kinaiyahan Committee, shows that small actions make a big impact. Every seedling strengthens the land, restores life, and reflects the University’s commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable land management.

This is an invitation to everyone to join in caring for our shared home. Together, our actions create a greener, sustainable future for generations to come.

The Lands Office, under the Office of the President, was established to protect, nurture, and develop the University’s land properties in support of its mission and in response to the call of “Laudato Si” (Caring for Creation).
