The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Dean’s Council, with its thirteen (13) departments, represented by the unit heads, convened for a whole-day Midyear Examen.

The CAS Midyear Mission Examen started with a meaningful reflection with Fr Tony Moreno’s sharing of some pertinent points on leadership from the Epilogue of his book, Imperfect Leadership.

The council reviewed the goals set during the strategic planning in July 2025, shared the challenges encountered and redirected other plans that need institutional intervention.

The activity ended with the first council meeting for the second semester and welcomed the newly appointed department heads.

The Mission Examen charted a common path forward with renewed dedication to the mission.
