The University Athletics Office (UAO) conducted leadership workshops and sports clinic for children in Barangay Lapasan in Cagayan de Oro and students in Cabanglasan, Bukidnon.

From May 5-7, XU coach-formators and student-athletes trained children from Lapasan who are 12 years old and younger in basketball, volleyball, Badminton, Taekwondo, Karatedo and Chess.

Similarly, on May 17, the UAO with the Office of Student Affairs and the Office of Mission and Ministry conducted a leadership and sports workshop for students of Fr Leoni Memorial School (FLMS) in Cabanglasan, Bukidnon. The community outreach activity was organized in response to the invitation of Fr Braulio Dahunan SJ, Director of FLMS and head of Jesuit missions in Cabanglasan.
