The whole XU community is invited to the re-dedication of the Peace Park as a neutral area for prayer and peace programs of the University on Thursday, July 9 at 10 am.

A new program to be launched this year is the daily afternoon recitation of the peace prayer by members of the Xavier University-United Religious Organization and intercessory prayers for prayer request made by members of the school community. One just has to fill-out the prayer request form and put it inside the drop box provided for this purpose.

With improvements made to make the Peace Park more conducive for individual or group prayer and other peace-related activities, the Campus Ministries Office hopes that our communal endeavor to pray for peace and to pray for each other would bring about lasting peace in our country, most especially here in Mindanao.
