In celebration of this year’s Org Trip dubbed as “Hugyaw,” the performing arts companies (PACs) of  Xavier University will be holding various performances from July 16 to 21 at the XU Little Theater.   

Xavier Philharmonia and XU Glee Club will present "Your Orchestra, Your Music" on July 16 at 7PM. The Xavier Stage (TXS) will present its version of Marcelino Agana Jr’s "New Yorker in Tondo," changing the locale to Burgos. "New Yorker sa Burgos – Isang Slapstick" is slated on July 17 with shows at 10AM, 1:30PM and 4:30PM.   

The XU Cultural Dance Troupe will present "Pista sa XUCDT" featuring folk and rural dances on July 18 at 3PM.

Dulaang Atenista’s signature performance, "No Probs, It’s Improv..." will be on July 21 at 7PM.

The companies will converge on July 18, 7PM for a unity performance for the guests and delegates of Timbayayong Mindulani 2.

Mindulani is a network of theater and cultural artists and workers in Mindanao.  

The PACs are the main beneficiaries of the Artistic Excellence Program of XU through its Xavier Center for Culture and the Arts (XCCA). 

Admission to all performances is free.
