The Xavier Congress is a student-led legislative platform aimed at strengthening and advancing the political agenda and representation of student interests in key areas of academics, student rights and services, spiritual formation and social development, physical enhancement, and extra-curricular affairs.
Anchored on the belief that the youth is a potent human resource, it highlights their potential to shape and determine the community and the country’s future through a culture of public policy-making and legislation.
As a response to the emerging call of this generation, the congress promotes the XU students’ roles to be more responsible community members of the university and citizens of the Philippines. It also empowers these student leaders as they are led to reconsider their significance in shaping policies, processes and procedures as university and community stakeholders.
TXC 2015 was made possible by the XU - Cenrtral Student Government's Office of the Vice President in coordination with The 22nd Directorate, with special contribution of the School of Business and Management Student Council (SBMSC) Junior Core.
