Following the results of the August 2015 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination, four Xavier University graduates landed in the top 10 list of successful takers.

Lynette Ramos Rongo placed 6th with 84.50%, Mark Anthony Mionez Jamis got in the 9th spot with 83% while Art Francis Uy Añana and Junny Avela Estardo shared in the 10th place with 82.50%.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, September 7 that 2,462 out of 4,731 passed the said exam held in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tuguegarao.

The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination were chairman Dr Eduardo G Ong, and members Florencio C Diño II and Rafael M Fajardo.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will start on September 11 to 15.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

• Duly-accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
• 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
• 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
• 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
• Initial registration fee of Php600
• Annual registration fee of Php450 for 2015-2018

Successful takers must personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony will be announced soon.
