The Governance and Leadership Institute (GLI) of Xavier University conducted a two-day workshop on campaign management for political aspirants and campaign managers of the different municipalities and cities of South Cotabato.
The campaign management workshop was anchored on the principles of delivering campaign message and grassroots organizing. It was held on Jan 27-28 at Armando’s Resort, Banga, South Cotabato.
Public service as a mission, the vision for development, and the values of integrity were highlighted as the primary elements of a good campaign message delivery.
“The heart of election campaign is the message – it is about how you inspire people to vote for you or for your candidate,” said Dr Dixon Yasay, GLI director.
GLI’s effort on campaign management is its contribution to a clean, honest, value-laden 2016 elections.
