Xavier University commended the ten BS Agricultural Engineering graduates who passed the August 2016 Agricultural Engineer Licensure Examination.
“Congratulations to our new Agricultural Engineers!” greeted XU president Fr Roberto C Yap SJ in his message to the academic community.
XU garnered a passing rate of 40.00% (10 out of 25 takers) above the national passing rate of 39.52%.
“We thank Agricultural Engineering Department officer-in-charge Dr Guadalupe Calalang, Aggie dean Dr Ma Rosario P Mosqueda, the faculty and staff of the College of Agriculture for the guidance and support they have given to our students,” added Yap.
The Professional Regulation Commission announced on Friday, August 19, only 396 out of 1,002 takers passed the Agricultural Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Agricultural Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and Legazpi. ∎
