The Governance and Leadership Institute (GLI) of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan facilitated the team learning exercises for the deployed physicians of Department of Health - Regional Office 10 and officers of Cagayan de Oro City Social Welfare and Development Department on March 9-10 and March 16-17, respectively.

The team learning exercises, in forms of games and physical exercises, were anchored on Peter Senge’s Theory on Learning Organizations covering various topics, namely, shared vision, personal mastery, mental model, systems thinking, and team learning.

“This activity has renewed us in our commitment to serve the people,” said CdeO CSWD officer Teddy Sabugaa. “It has also strengthened our camaraderie as colleagues in this line of work.”∎
