Issued on May 3, a reiteration on EO 112 entitled “Imposing an Enhanced Community Quarantine in High Risk Geographical Areas of the Philippines and a General Community Quarantine in the rest of the country from 01 to 15 May 2020, adopting the Omnibus Guidelines on the implementation thereof, and for other purposes” sought for a unified implementation of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) and general community quarantine (GCQ).

Subject to the memo is the authority of the local government units to impost, lift, or extend the community quarantines as they see fit and with the approval of higher authorities.
