SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFYING EXAM REGISTRATION AY 2025-2026
For Incoming Grade 3 pupils only
Registration Period: 12-26 February 2025
Testing Date: 1 March 2025, 8:00 AM
Testing Venue: XUGS Pueblo Campus
Requirements:
1. REPORT CARD WITH LRN (Learner’s Reference Number)
● General Average of 87% and above, No Grade lower than 84% (2nd quarter of the current academic year)
● Conduct and Effort Grade at least Good (G)
● For XUGS students, no need to submit. The Registrar has endorsed your report cards to the Scholarships Office.
2. FORMAL ID PICTURE (i.e 1X1, 2X2, Passport-size)

How to Apply:
FOR Existing XUGS Pupils
1. Register for the exam online via google forms through:
bit.ly/ForXUGSStudents_SQE2526
2. Check your email within 1-2 days for the Verified Email.
3. Follow instructions in the Verified Email to pay the 250.00 pesos exam fee.
4. Check email within 2-3 days for the exam permit containing the exam details.
FOR NON-XUGS Pupils
1. Register for the exam online through: bit.ly/XUGSApply
a. Fill in all information in the Profile and Entrance Test Tabs
2. Check your email within 1-2 days for the Verified Email.
3. Follow instructions in the Verified Email to pay the 250.00 pesos exam fee ONLINE (GCASH OR PAYMAYA).
4. Check email within 2-3 days for the exam permit containing the exam details

Following after is Circulo de Arte's Tanda exhibit opening at 4:30 PM at the Fr Francisco R Demetrio SJ Gallery, 2F Museo de Oro. Admission is Free. February is National Arts Month.
