Xavier University serves as the host of this year’s Mindanao Unity Games (MUG) on October 25-29, an all-women tournament participated in by college teams from all over Mindanao.
Besides XU, the Mindanao schools and universities that will be competing in MUG are Ateneo de Zamboanga University, Ateneo de Davao University, Fr Saturnino Urios University, La Salle University of Ozamiz City, Holy Cross of Davao College, Holy Trinity College of General Santos City, St Vincent College of Dipolog City, St Joseph Institute of Technology of Butuan City and St Therese College of Tandag, Surigao de Sur.
